Considering that this fact generates insecurity and despair, also due to the increase of unemployment and inexistence of satisfactory responses to the basic needs of an increasing range of population;
Considering that it's urgent to envision a consistent path that incorporates hope and gives confidence back to the citizens by confirming their dignity;

To commit to make efforts towards making Sintra a Compassionate County grounded on a Message, a Generation and a ComPassion Community !
