COMPASSION HOMES
A "Mary Alice's Home" is a "ComPassion Home" where there lives a family with Passion for Christ and Compassion for the families of the County of Sintra. It's a house with its doors open to whoever may be going through a crossroad in their life. A family home inspired in the life model presented in the Holy Biblie in the Book of Acts 2:42 "They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer."

A ComPassion Family
The Mary Alice's Home is the first expression of a model for ComPassion Home. Each ComPassion Home is characterized by a ComPassion Family that will have been trained by the Compassion Institute (through ADN InFusion - ADN InCubation). This is another way to make Sintra a ComPassion County, multiplying ComPassion Families in the greatest number of homes.
By the fact that Mary Alice's Home finds its purpose of existence in the Vision of a County with more ComPassion, its nature is purely and strictly familiar. It is not an Organization, a Project or a Program of a Social or Religious Institution.
