Sintra Compassion Movement's leadership is not grounded on a "Hierarchical Structure" but instead on an "Organic Model" of relationships characterized by the freedom in the Holy Spirit, through the testimony of life of influencial leaders and through an exemplary relational life(with God, with their families and other people).
